What’s your connection to RG175?
I have had the pleasure of working with RG175 is several capacities. Most notably, I was fortunate enough to secure my current position at The Altamont School via a wonderful HOS search lead by John Farber. I have come to know John Farber and Tony Featherston as mentors, colleagues, and friends through my relationship with RG175.
Can you summarize your experience working with RG175?
RG175 has been so much more than a search and placement from my vantage point. I have benefited from their coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship as both a new Head of School, as well as an experienced administrator. I have always felt that their work is well-balanced to seek best fits for individual schools and candidates. Personal relationships are built through each of their searches which creates lasting professional networks and phenomenal professional growth for all involved.
If you had one thing to recommend to other candidates what would it be?
I would recommend that a candidate lean on the experience of each member of the RG175 team. Each consultant brings a unique array of experiences from their own backgrounds. Listen, learn, and grow. RG175’s reach and influence extend well past the point of placement.
What do you enjoy most about your job as it pertains to Independent Schools?
I enjoy the opportunity to influence our world’s future leaders! Whether in the classroom, on the playing fields, or sitting in the dining hall. Owning the opportunity to impact those who will shape the future of generations to come is truly the zenith of my life’s work.
What are some of your greatest achievements?
My greatest achievements are still in progress…!!!
